Shipping Info

Most US orders should take no longer then five (5) business days from ship-out to delivery. International orders vary from one business week up to three business weeks (15 business days) due to distance and customs policies unique to each international destination.

Your order will typically ship-out within 48 hours, but please read on as there are of course exceptions to this rule. Orders only ship-out Monday through Friday, except for all major holidays. Orders placed over the the weekend, starting on Friday, will not ship until the following Monday. Pre-orders will ship-out as noted on the product page. Please Note - any other products ordered in conjunction with a pre-order item will NOT ship-out until the pre-order ship-out date!

We ship all orders via USPS. CD orders within the US will ship via USPS First Class Package Mail. VINYL orders within the US will ship via USPS Priority Mail. Orders outside the US will ship via USPS First Class International Package Mail.

We accept international orders for the majority of Western Europe, as well as North and South America. If your country is not listed on our shipping options please contact us before attempting to place an order. Sorry we currently do not offer shipping to parts of Eastern Europe, The Middle East, Africa, or Asia.

Return Policy

If for some reason your order arrives defective, because we know there would be no other reason to return such lovely music, please return the defective item within 10 business days to the following address and make sure to include a note stating the reason for the return and an address which we can ship a brand-new, shiny, right-off-the-line replacement to...
